Beachwood Canyon is Hollywoodland.

Hollywoodland is a hillside home development
created in 1923 by a partnership of Harry Chandler,
Eli P. Clark and Moses H. Sherman.

The homes are a collection of English Tudor, Mediterranean, French Normandy and Spanish.

This walk, #34 in the "Secret Stairs" book, has the most steps i've had on one walk (861), and some of the coolest looking steps i've seen so far.
